Millie's Care Ltd became a registered limited company during March 2023, though our history runs deeper, boasting in excess of four years of experience within the care industry. We understand that each individual's experience is different, and therefore our services are flexible and tailored to accommodate the needs, wants, and capabilities of each individual. Whether an individual requires occasional help with daily activities, a companion with care, or twenty-four-hour, full-time care, we are here to offer the care they require.

Our philosophy is focussed on building respectful, trusting relationships. We visit the person and their family and sit down and speak with them to make sure we provide care they specifically need. With individually planned care plans for each person, we have room for all to be heard and care is completely individualised to what they want.

Our compassionate and trained staff are committed to delivering a difference. All of our staff are trained to offer professional, dependable, and compassionate care. At Millie's Care Ltd, we do not believe that care is the provision of assistance; it's the provision of a difference in someone's life through respect, compassion, and the guaranty that they require.

We are also proud to be serving communities throughout the entire Cornwall with local, reliable services that families can trust. We hope to be the family provider of choice for outstanding, person-focussed support in Cornwall, and our vision is to enable the people we support to live the life they wish to live with dignity and respect.

Our Vision

To offer a community where learning disabled and autistic adults are valued as much as anyone else, and are able to live life as independently as they wish and with the skill they need in order to construct their community as a success. We are committed to being innovative in our practise and continually consider new ways of meeting changing need for the people we support.

Our Mission

Our goal is to deliver outstanding, personalised care to enable people with learning disabilities and autism to reach their potential. We commit to delivering responsive, quality care 24/7, enabling people and families to have a meaningful, independent lifestyle. We work to build a caring, safe community where each individual can feel valued, respected, and understood.
